The schedule, the referee crews, the coach's phone on the sideline, the families in the loop. One record of every player, team and game, shared by everyone who runs the region.
Every product shows up where it is needed, on the phone of the person who needs it. Nobody re-types anything.

Team formation

The teams come out even, and close to home.
Balanced by rating, age and distance to the practice zone. Households and buddy pairs stay together. Every team gets a head coach, and coaches stay with their own child. Run it again and you get the same teams; hand edits are never overwritten.

The week's games go out. Once.
Fields, blackouts, shared grounds and Area games are already in. Sixteen plain-word checks run before anything goes out. The change list is reviewed and published; every coach gets one email, and every family sees the same schedule.

The family answers In or Out, and that is the whole job.
This week's game, directions to the field, who has snacks, the coach's message. One sign-in per household by emailed code. Nothing to install. The coach sees the In / Out grid and sends one reminder to whoever has not answered.

A referee, in the parking lot
Total Referee
Every game has a crew, and the crew knows it.
Referees claim the games they can work. The Referee Administrator sees the gaps and fills them from a phone, with clash warnings and travel time. The whistle, the cards and the game report live in the same place as the schedule, and every team's referee credit adds up on its own.

A goal is one tap, and the clock never gets in the way.
Game mode: goals, shots and saves by shirt number, a stopwatch that never blocks a tap, undo with a swipe, works with no signal, two phones on one bench. Parents who are following see the score by shirt number as it happens.
Which games are played, which scores are in, which crews are full, which coach has not filed a report. Weather moves in: cancel a field, preview the games it touches, publish, and undo if the sun comes out.
Built during a season, by someone who was on the field that Saturday.
An AYSO region's coaches, referees and families used the system this is built from through a real season. What they said was wrong on Saturday was fixed by the next one.
Take the whole box, or just the piece you are missing.
Every product runs on the same core: one record of each person, team and game, sign-in by a six-digit emailed code, phone first for every role, an audit trail, nightly exports.
Scheduler
A full season from a solver, with sixteen plain-word checks first. Shared grounds, blackouts, Area games, playoffs in four formats. Move one game without rebuilding the rest. Publish with a diff and one email per coach. Coaches ask for moves and extra games; the other bench agrees.

Claim games, see the gaps, clash warnings with travel time, the four-colour crew rule, team seat rules. Game mode with cards, match notes and the report. Every team's referee credit. A weekly open-slots email. A youth referee's notices also go to a guardian.
Replaces the sign-up sheet and the reply-all.
Total Coach
Roster by shirt number, two team colours, "when I can't coach" days. Game mode: goals, shots and saves, a stopwatch that never blocks a tap, undo by swipe, works offline. Player ratings and comments never shown to parents or other coaches. A lineup planner is next.

Why this exists
Built by a coach and a referee, during a season.
I coach. I referee. I teach the coach courses and I sit on my region's board. So I have seen every side of a Saturday: the schedule in a spreadsheet, the referee crews in an email thread, the families in an app only half of them opened. None of it knew about the rest.
So I built one thing that does. A real region's volunteers used it through a real season, told me what was wrong, and I fixed it that week.
Region in a Box is that thing, packaged so your region can use it too.
